Sam has over 27 years of experience in design and user experience strategy and execution. He has led a number of interactive and design initiatives for Fortune 500 companies in the software and banking industry and has won several prestigious design awards. In the past 16 years, I have worked in Oil/ Gas, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Trading, Manufacturing, and Utilities Industries, which has helped me understand the processes and requirements across different industries and cultural requirements on a global level.
